How long does it take for my coffee to ship after roasting?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches. Orders typically ship within 24 to 48 hours of roasting, arriving at your door at the peak of flavor.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum longevity or choose from various grind settings tailored for Drip, Espresso, or French Press during checkout.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Yes. We prioritize Direct Trade and Fair Trade practices, working closely with farmers to ensure sustainable growing methods and equitable pay across our entire supply chain.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
We recommend storing your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the delicate flavor profiles.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to bring our workshop roasts to more countries soon.
